Ferguson Reaction

I think that 25% of African Americans without an photo ID is a lot of people that can not do things. In the United States you need an Identification Card almost everywhere to do things. This causes me to think that its racism behind the curtains, which means that its racism and yet the people do not know it. This leads to my question about how do blacks identify themselves in other places? Especially while voting because you need an ID to vote and if African Americans do not have an card how can they vote. This means blacks are not voting and its not fair.  I also wonder how come blacks are always the victims in these cases and not another race.
